German broadcaster ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG said Chief Financial Officer Lothar Lanz is to leave the company by mutual agreement.
Mr. Lanz had earlier said that majority holders Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. and Permira had previously discussed prolonging his current contract. Mr. Lanz's contract ends in June 2009, by which time he will have turned 60 years old. A search for his successor is under way.
