BANG & OLUFSEN AS (Copenhagen) -- Torben Ballegaard Sorensen was fired as chief executive officer by this electronics maker. Mr. Sorensen, 56 years old, couldn't be reached to comment. The company said it has begun a search for a successor.

CERTICOM Corp. (Mississauga, Ontario) -- Karna Gupta was named chief executive and a member of the board of this information security company. He succeeds interim Chief Executive Bernard Crotty, who remains a director. Mr. Gupta was president for the real-time billing division of Comverse Technologies Inc.

CTS Corp. (Elkhart, Ind.) -- Donna L. Belusar was named senior vice president and chief financial officer for this electronic-components maker, effective Jan. 21. Ms. Belusar, 47, succeeds Vinod M. Khilnani. Mr. Khilnani, 55, was named president and chief executive in July. Ms. Belusar was executive chief financial officer, global financing Americas division, of IBM Credit LLC, a unit of International Business Machines Corp. EMCOR GROUP Inc. (Norwalk, Conn.) -- Kevin Matz, 49, was named executive vice president and a member of this construction services firm's senior management team. The post is new. Mr. Matz was senior vice president.

ISOLAGEN Inc. (Exton, Pa.) -- Declan Daly was named chief executive of this skincare systems company. Mr. Daly succeeds Nicholas L. Teti Jr. Mr. Teti, 55, remains chairman. Mr. Daly, 45, was chief operating officer and chief financial officer. The company said he will remain finance chief for a period of time.

Mr. Paulson succeeds Jack O'Reilly, who remains senior vice president for corporate and business development. TEVA PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRIES Inc. (Jerusalem) -- William S. Marth was named chief executive of Teva North America, a unit of this drug company, effective immediately. Mr. Marth, 53, succeeds George S. Barrett. Mr. Barrett, who was named vice chairman of Cardinal Health Inc. and CEO of its health-care supply chain services sector, will remain through the end of January to assist in the transition. Mr. Marth will retain his current post of president and chief executive of the Teva USA unit.
