8 P.M. (TBS and TNT) SCREEN ACTORS GUILD AWARDS Nominees are expected to show up for this ceremony, broadcast from the SilverScreen Theater at the Pacific Film Center in Los Angeles, which has been given a waiver by the striking writers guild and will not be picketed. They include George Clooney (above), Daniel Day-Lewis, Emile Hirsch, Viggo Mortensen, Cate Blanchett, Julie Christie, Marion Cotillard, Angelina Jolie, Ellen Page, Kevin Kline, Debra Messing, Queen Latifah, Vanessa Redgrave and Gena Rowlands. Charles Durning will receive the Life Achievement Award. E! will report on celebrity arrivals in Countdown to the Red Carpet at 5 p.m. and Live From the Red Carpet at 6 p.m.

8 P.M. (MyNetwork TV) STELLAR GOSPEL MUSIC AWARDS Kirk Franklin, CeCe Winans and Byron Cage are hosts of this ceremony, taped at the Grand Ole Opry earlier this month, which honors the year's best gospel music, with performers including Smokie Norful, Marvin Sapp, the Clark Sisters and DeWayne Woods. Ben Vereen and Edwin Hawkins will present Tramaine Hawkins with the James Cleveland Lifetime Achievement Award.

8 P.M. (BET) CELEBRATION OF GOSPEL Steve Harvey is host of this eighth annual ceremony, taped last month at the Orpheum Theater in Los Angeles and featuring performances by Patti LaBelle, John Legend, Yolanda Adams, the Mighty Clouds of Joy and the five finalists in BET'S Sunday Best series.

9 P.M. (CBS) THE RUSSELL GIRL Amber Tamblyn plays a medical student in Chicago who makes a rare trip home to deliver some important news to her parents (Mary Elizabeth Mastrantonio and Tim DeKay) -- but winds up resurrecting an old conflict with a neighbor (Jennifer Ehle).

9 P.M. (NBC) GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS: TOP 100 A countdown of the most unusual records, followed by a death-defying stunt.

9 P.M. (13, 49) MANSFIELD PARK Masterpiece continues its foray through The Complete Jane Austen with this romantic satire starring Billie Piper as Fanny Price, a child plucked from poverty and resettled at a country estate with her vain and entitled cousins -- one of whom, Edmund Bertram (Blake Ritson, above, far right, with Ms. Piper and Joseph Beattie), ignites a spark. But just how long can she wait for him to notice her?

9 P.M. (Sundance) BEST OF THE FEST: SUNDANCE FILM FESTIVAL 2008 HIGHLIGHTS A look at the films with the most buzz and the ones that won the big awards, as well as interviews with Geoffrey Gilmore, the festival director, and John Cooper, its director of programming.

10 P.M. (AMC) BREAKING BAD Who said cooking crystal meth was easy? In this second episode of the series about a chemistry teacher who puts his skills to use in a drug lab, Walter White (Bryan Cranston) and Jesse (Aaron Paul) clean up the mess in the R.V.
