Full Text (104 words)Visteon Corp.'s fourth-quarter loss widened as the company recorded $62 million in restructuring and impairment charges related to its disentanglement from Ford Motor Co. The Van Buren Township, Mich., auto-parts maker said sales to Ford, its former parent, fell 10% to $960 million. Ford has trimmed production to cut operating costs amid slower sales in the U.S. Non-Ford sales rose 10% to $1.76 billion -- 65% of total product sales. Visteon is seeking more business in Asia to wean itself off Ford and expects to be profitable in 2010, when its largest customers are projected to be Hyundai Motor Co. and Kia Motor Corp.
