Coca-Cola Enterprises Inc. swung to a fourth-quarter profit, with year-earlier results including a $2.92 billion impairment charge. The Atlanta company, Coca-Cola Co.'s largest bottler, reversed a slide in North American volume, but it said costs continued to rise. CCE also announced a 17% dividend increase and said it will resume buying back stock. Coca-Cola Enterprises' total volume rose 3.5% as cost of sales per case rose 8.5%, with the cost pressures partially due to the weaker dollar. The company's North American business's volume rose 1% because of new brands and the continued growth of Coca-Cola Zero, Dasani and Powerade.
