The Republican Party Convention will be held at the Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul, Minn., though other events will be held in nearby Minneapolis. A page-one article Friday on the withdrawal of Mitt Romney incorrectly said the convention would occur in Minneapolis.

A BTU, or British thermal unit, is a unit of energy equivalent to about one-third watt-hour of electric power. A quiz in Monday's Journal Report on Energy incorrectly said that it was equal to a third of a watt of electric power.

A map that accompanied a Corporate Focus page article Friday on airline merger talks showed the market share of Delta Air Lines Inc., Northwest Airlines Corp., Continental Airlines Inc. and UAL Corp.'s United Airlines in their five largest markets. It should have noted that the figures didn't include the market share of smaller airlines owned by the same parent companies.
