Mr. Lynch, 41 years old, was senior vice president and chief software architect. Those titles are being eliminated, a spokeswoman said.

APPRION Inc. (Mountain View, Calif.) -- This industrial wireless- applications network named Mike Bradley chief executive, effective immediately. Mr. Bradley, 62, succeeds Stephen Lambright, 44, who continues in the new post of vice president of marketing and customer services. Mr. Bradley was president of Wonderware Corp., a subsidiary of Invensys PLC until November, when he retired.

CITIGROUP Inc. (New York) -- Hamid Biglari was named chief operating officer of Citi Markets & Banking, part of this financial-services firm, effective immediately. The post is new. Mr. Biglari, 49, was head of the Financial Institutions Group, also part of this firm. Gary Shedlin, 44, was named chairman of FIG, and David Head, 46, and Chris Williams, 42, were named co-heads.
