ADOBE SYSTEMS Inc. (San Jose, Calif.) -- This desktop-publishing- software provider named Kevin Lynch to the newly created role of chief technology officer, effective immediately. Mr. Lynch, 41 years old, was senior vice president and chief software architect. Those titles are being eliminated, a spokeswoman said.

APPRION Inc. (Mountain View, Calif.) -- This industrial wireless- applications network named Mike Bradley chief executive, effective immediately. Mr. Bradley, 62, succeeds Stephen Lambright, 44, who continues in the new post of vice president of marketing and customer services. Mr. Bradley was president of Wonderware Corp., a subsidiary of Invensys PLC until November, when he retired.

CITIGROUP Inc. (New York) -- Hamid Biglari was named chief operating officer of Citi Markets & Banking, part of this financial-services firm, effective immediately. The post is new. Mr. Biglari, 49, was head of the Financial Institutions Group, also part of this firm. Gary Shedlin, 44, was named chairman of FIG, and David Head, 46, and Chris Williams, 42, were named co-heads. Those posts are new. All three were managing directors at FIG.

Mr. Key was general manager, projects, for Teck Cominco Ltd., before leaving the company in 2004 to run his own business, a spokesman said.

Mr. Khaykin was chief operating officer of Amkor Technology Inc.

Mr. Feeney, 52, succeeds Tony Perez Sales, who will be rejoining the consulting firm of AlixPartners LLP. PROGRESSIVE CORP. (Mayfield Village, Ohio) -- This auto-insurance provider announced that Claims Group President Brian J. Passell had left the company, effective Feb. 10. The company had no comment on why Mr. Passell was leaving or where he was going. Mr. Passell wasn't available for comment. A spokesman said that an internal search for a successor was under way.

Mr. Vincent was executive vice president-finance, chief financial officer and treasurer of Uno Restaurant Holdings Corp., a unit of Centre Partners Management LLC.
