Group Danone SA: Weight Watchers Venture Targets China's Waistline

Weight Watchers International Inc. and Groupe Danone SA said they entered a joint venture to establish a weight-management business in China. The companies said the venture will meld Weight Watchers' weight-management service and Danone's knowledge of consumer products and the Chinese marketplace.
