Harley-Davidson Inc.'s fourth-quarter profit dropped 26% as international growth failed to overcome the waning appetite for its high-end motorcycles in the U.S. Shares slipped $2.16, or 5.4%, to $37.96 in New York Stock Exchange trading. The Milwaukee manufacturer said retail motorcycle sales in the U.S. fell 14% from a year earlier, but jumped 17% internationally -- so total motorcycle unit sales fell 6.1%. It expects "moderate" revenue growth in 2008 of 4%.
