The Narcissus Tea Party
Full Text (98 words)
Regarding Collin Levy"s "Me, Myself and I" (op-ed, Jan. 14): My introduction to the three words (as a group) came from a delightful poem for little girls (including my daughter) who often pass through the "Tea Party Stage." The poem by Dorothy Aldis entitled "The Tea Party" goes: I had a little tea party/this afternoon at three/ t'was very small, three guests in all/ just I, Myself and Me/ Myself ate up the sandwiches/ while I drank up the tea/ t'was also I who ate the pie/ and passed the cake to me.
