Air France Departs NYSE
Full Text (89 words)
PARIS -- Air France-KLM SA said Friday that it will delist its shares from the New York Stock Exchange, joining other non-U.S. companies that have recently decided to end their dual listings on the Big Board.
The NYSE and Euronext Paris are both part of NYSE Euronext, after the NYSE bought European exchange operator Euronext NV. The Franco- Dutch airline said that as most of its shares are traded on Euronext Paris, the additional costs associated with dual registration aren't justified.
Air France-KLM will keep its American depositary receipts.
