PepsiCo, Amazon in MP3 Deal
Full Text (67 words)
PepsiCo Inc. said it is teaming up with Amazon.com Inc. on a Pepsi Stuff collect-and-get program, where customers can download MP3 music that is free of copy-protection safeguards called digital rights management.
PepsiCo said consumers can collect points from 4 billion specially marked Pepsi packages and redeem them for music from Amazon beginning Feb. 1. DRM prevents copying by making some songs incompatible with some digital players.
