Nationals catcher Paul Lo Duca was scheduled to have surgery on his left knee Monday to repair what his agent called a minor meniscus tear. Lo Duca will need an estimated 3-6 weeks for full recovery, his agent, Andrew Mongelluzzi, wrote in an e-mail message Sunday.Lo Duca, a former Met who signed a one-year, $5 million deal as a free agent this off-season, hurt himself during a workout last week, the Nationals said Friday.
