The former chief executive of Chuck Norris's martial arts program for inner-city children has pleaded guilty to stealing from the Houston charity, the United States attorney's office said. Mr. Brasher confessed to opening bank accounts in names similar to that of Mr. Norris's Kick Drugs Out of America Foundation, then fraudulently endorsing checks sent to the foundation and depositing them into his own accounts, the office said.
