Full Text (94 words)
A not-guilty plea was entered on behalf of a bus driver charged with four felonies after he tested positive for amphetamines in a deadly crash in eastern Arkansas. The driver, Felix Badillo Tapia, 28, did not attend the hearing. Mr. Tapia, who faces four counts of negligent homicide, was previously released on $50,000 bond. If convicted, he could be sentenced to up to 10 years in prison. Mr. Tapia was driving a Tornado Bus Company bus Nov. 25 when it crossed the median near Forrest City and collided with a pickup and a tractor-trailer.
