The British economy grew at the slowest rate in more than a year during the fourth quarter after an increase in credit costs hampered brokerage and computer services. Gross domestic product increased 0.6 percent in the three months through December, the least since the third quarter of 2006, the Office for National Statistics said. From a year earlier, the expansion was 2.9 percent.
