A Merrill Lynch report asking, "Are cash investments safe?" was written by technology analyst Tal Liani. Saturday's Weekend Investor column incorrectly stated that the report was written by Richard Bernstein, who was only a contributor to that report.

Claymore Securities Inc. is closing down roughly a third of its exchange-traded funds. An article in Saturday's Money & Investing section incorrectly described the closed funds as representing half of Claymore's ETFs.
