APX Inc. (Santa Clara, Calif.) -- Brian Storms was named chairman and chief executive of this technology and service provider for environmental and energy markets, effective immediately. EXXON MOBIL Corp. (Irving, Texas) -- Larry R. Faulkner was named to the board of this energy company.
