[Illustration]PHOTO: A harbor seal took the sun at the 79th Street Boat Basin on Monday, a sign that the Hudson River is in good enough shape that seals are coming that far up for fish, but it is about as unusual as getting the occasional coyote, a Parks Department ranger said.
