Full Text (103  words)

A Brooklyn Heights man arrested on Jan. 20 after a cache of weapons that included guns and pipe bombs was found in his Remsen Street apartment has also been charged with a hate crime in connection with swastika graffiti in the neighborhood, the police and prosecutors said on Sunday. The suspect, Ivaylo Ivanov, 37, left, was charged with criminal weapons possession, as well as with aggravated harassment as a hate crime. A second man, Pavel Andreenko, has also been arrested in connection with an unrelated spate of spray-painted swastikas last month around Flatbush and Sheepshead Bay, District Attorney Charles J. Hynes said.
