FLAGLER--Elizabeth M. (Betsy). Wife of the late Jack Flagler, passed away on December 15, 2007 after a long illness. She is survived by her son James F. Flagler of New York, her daughter and sonin-law Ann Flagler-Hess and Robert Hess, and her granddaughter Chloe of Connecticut. She is mourned by her family and many others whose lives she enriched. A memorial service will be held at All Souls Church at Lexington Avenue and 80th St. in Manhattan on March 15th at 1pm. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent in her name to the Central Park Conservancy, 14 East 60th St., New York 10022.
